George Phirippidis - CEO

As Kerr Hill's CEO, Phirippidis brings a creative, cutting edge, client focused culture to Kerr Hill. He has over 25 years experience in business management and development, business innovation and execution at the CEO level. Additional experience in patent and trademark development, personal and professional development training, and advanced sales and market planning add to the depth of his experience.

Through the course of his career, he has consulted, developed and facilitated training courses, which include Total Quality Management Programs, Personal and Professional Achievement, Sales, Business Management, Effective Communication, and Coaching. He has consulted for companies such as General Motors, Pitney Bowes, Merck, Oracle and Wells Fargo.

Greg Grebe - Senior Consultant

Greg has seasoned business experience stemming from a 35-year career in global transportation. His management background includes operations, sales, general management and human resources management. During his career Greg led organizations of up to 5,000 people with budget responsibility for 1.5 billion dollars. He has worked extensively throughout the globe with responsibility for operations from Japan to Dubai while stationed in Hong Kong. He has also run worldwide logistical operations for the same 6 billion dollar company. Greg led the quality initiative for this company and has extensive practical knowledge in this area. He has strong leadership and communication skills and his enthusiasm for working with people to improve their effectiveness is always evident. Greg strengths as a consultant include coaching, facilitation and program design.

Bev Adkins- Workshop Administrator

Bev brings her many years of knowledge in managing her own technical training and consulting business to her role at Kerr Hill. Her 15+ years of experience as a business owner and facilitator have been leveraged into our workshop and consulting support needs with the high level of detail and quality that shows up in our programs.

Billie Larson - Accounting Manager

Billie brings over 30 years of business accounting experience to Kerr Hill. She has worked with many large and small organizations and provides Kerr Hill and its client’ seasoned experience in the accounting department.
